● Double Watertight Seal

1000mm double seal manhole cover have two seals to make sure the high waterproof fuction. One is in the back of the cover and another one is in the frame. Both two seals can be changed if they are needed.

Q：What size of frp manhole covers do you have ?

A: We have many different sizes.

As round type we have clear opening 1080mm, 1060mm, 1020mm, 1008mm, 900mm, 800mm, 700mm, 650mm, 600mm, 450mm, 350mm ,

For square type , we have the size as 900x900mm, 700x700mm,600x600mm,500x500mm,400x400mm, 300x300mm.

For rectangle lids, we have the size as 600x900mm, 600x1200mm and othe customized sizes.

Q：Are your composite manhole cover sealed?

A：Our standard manhole covers are sealed and waterproof, but they can also changed to unsealed type. If you request the drain covers ,please request us once inquiried.

Q：How to install composite manhole covers ?

A: 1.Prefabricated a cement base on the manhole wellhead before installing the frame.

2.Put the frame on the cement base and make sure to align the frame hole and manhole wellhead

3.Pouring concrete on the frame.

4.After cement is solidified, using the opening tools to lifting the covers

5.Make sure the lock hole is aligned with the arrow on the frame , then put the cover

into frame

6.Install the screws to the three lock holes to lock the cover with frame and then then

cover the lock holes with red caps.

7.Pave the rebar and cement around the frame, and make sure the cement should

be flush with the frame

8.Can't be opened to traffice until the cement is solidified (need about five days
