900mm double seal manhole cover have two seals to make sure the high waterproof fuction. One is in the back of the cover and another one is in the frame. Both two seals can be changed if they are needed.

A: We have some stock of the standard composite manhole covers.Such as 900mm D400 fuel station manhole covers, 900mm GRP manhole covers with inspection hatch, 350mm FRP manhole covers and 600mm composite manhole covers. Other sizes and customized Logos must be newly produced. Delivery time generally 10-30 days according to the order quantity.
Q: Is the drawing safe?
A:The information and drawings of all customized products will be filed in our system and kept strictly confidential. No employee of the company can send out the drawings.
Q：How are the manhole covers packed ?
A: The manholes sizes are different, so the packaging methods are also different. Some manhole covers can be directly placed on the tray and wrapped with film. Some FRP manhole covers are separately placed in cartons and then placed on the tray. If you have special requirements for packaging, logo please communicate with us anytime via info@mcovers.com
Q:How do you control the quality of manhole covers?
A:We will carry out spot check on GRP manhole covers of each batch. The loading test is a must for each batch of products, and the waterproof test should also be carried out for the sealed manhole covers. Test videos can be provided to you once request.
