2. The installation clips shall not be changed. Each plate of the protective well cover shall accept at least four sets of installation clips. For plates with large span, several more can be installed on the available supports.
3. Considering the convenience of user acceptance and installation, the side with labels and steel grades shall be arranged at the side convenient for inspection.
4. During loading, unloading and transportation, do not cause loose packages, and pile them together regularly and neatly.
5. Initiate the acceptance of nylon lifting belt for lifting and unloading. However, if the steel wire rope is used for hoisting, the edge flat steel of the ductile iron well cover must be carefully protected to prevent the outer side of the well cover from being damaged and causing tension and deformation.
6. The bearing flat steel of the well cover and including the flat steel are only in the height direction of the well cover, perpendicular to the plane direction of the well cover, with high strength. Unreasonable lateral force will lead to deformation or damage.
Therefore, in order to carry forward the excellent performance and efficiency of the ductile iron well cover after installation, it is necessary to ensure its transportation, loading and unloading process, otherwise the damaged and deformed well cover can not be installed with the correct installation method, and its efficiency can not be carried forward.
